If the order has been shipped then we cannot change the product. In case, the order is still in our facility, then we can initiate cancellation process. For more details check our cancellation policy.
For all successfully cancellation confirmed from our side, we will initiate refund from our side, and it can take up to 12 to 15 days to reflect the same in your bank account/card depending upon induvial bank accounts.
No, due to nature of sports product cannot be returned after purchase. However, you can directly write to brand for any issue related to it. All product under go quality check from our side before they are packed and shipped.
