Fitting Instructions:

Please follow these instructions for proper fitment of your Forma Neck Guard and get optimum protection.

STEP 1:

• Hold the helmet with rear side facing you.
• Align the neck guard with helmet as shown.

STEP 2:

Loop around the upper velcro tab at point A and the lower tab at point B on face guard wire.

STEP 3:

Tighten firmly after passing through the hole, and fasten the velcro tabs.

STEP 4:

• Repeat Step 2, 3, 4 on the other side.
• Ensure it fits well.
